Can I cancel whenever I want?

You can cancel your account whenever you want on the "My subscription" page, available from the menu that appears when you click your email/nickname in the upper right. Or by clicking on the button "Change my Plan" on your dashboard.

Just click on Cancel my subscription and you will not be charged anymore.

When you cancel, your campaign will still be launched until the end of your subscription.

By default, you are automatically enrolled in our automatic renewal service. This keeps your campaigns up and running by automatically charging the subscription fees to your registered payment method before the subscription expires. This will happen every 30 days.

You may turn off the auto-renewal feature in your Babylon Traffic account by simply canceling your subscription at any time, with no prejudice to the remaining days, as explained.
