Can the behavior of the visit be randomized?

Yes.

You can add "wait" steps to vary the time spent on site or delay the time between two different actions.

You can also create multiple campaigns with different behaviors or create multiple branches to the behavior tree. To do this, click on a step that already has a "child", and then click on the "+" button to add a new step.
