Is it Adsense safe?

Yes, it is. By default, we do not load Adsense ads. It means that the javascript code of Adsense is not even loaded and the traffic will not appear in your Google Adsense account. But you can activate this feature in the settings of each of your campaigns at your own risk if you wish.
